I got my 8130 few days ago. BlackBerry this is my fourth and my best so far.

+) Size. It is much smaller and lighter than my previous BBs.

+) Sound quality. I heard all my conversations with perfect clarity. I had several people comment on how much better I sound on their end too. And 'good as my land-line telephone.

After receiving the feedback and problems with four separate spheres, T-Mobile sent me RIM BlackBerry ® 8800 (black). So far so good. Lacks a camera, and is a little 'heavier, but the reception is much improved, there is no feedback microphone, and the larger screen is much easier to see, especially when using the GPS function and Google Maps on the go. QWERTY keyboard is easier to manage, unless, of course, have big fingers.

I bought this from a store AT & T, Amazon, not because I was in a hurry. Amazon would have saved me $ 100.
I decided to go with a smart phone, because I t contacts for my company. I do not share the information service, just a good contact management capabilities.
The sound quality and signal reception are both great on the phone. Just arrived from a razor to the network of Verizon's new and I have never had poor sound quality on this phone til I / AT & T.
The phone has a pseudo-QWERTY keyboard. I used to multi-tapping on a numeric keypad, and it took some getting used to. The trick is to type the words you want, the phone is very good for the word you want based on combinations of letters you have selected. If the phone guesses what you want, it will appear as a small menu under the word so you can not select it and type it all if you choose.
